The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jarvengo. Jarvengo operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Jarvengo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

When you place an order through Jarvengo, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your purchase. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Section 4 - Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared for fulfillment.
Once an order has entered preparation, processing, or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
If an order has already been processed and can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@jarvengo.com and include your order number.
Section 5 - Prices, Payments and Billing
All prices displayed on Jarvengo are shown in the currency indicated on the store at the time of purchase.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors as permitted by applicable law.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their processing of payment information may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only to destinations made available during checkout.
Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, and any applicable shipping charges will be provided through the store or checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, weather, high order volumes, address issues, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@jarvengo.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
If an order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding delivery, lost goods, or damaged products.

Section 7 - Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Our standard return period is 14 days after receiving the applicable item, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are generally responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise stated by us.
Products must not be returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

You are responsible for using products purchased through Jarvengo safely, responsibly, and for their intended purpose.

Products involving blades, cutting surfaces, tools, or other potentially hazardous components should be handled with appropriate care and kept away from children and other persons who cannot safely use them.
Appropriate protective equipment should be used where reasonably necessary for the product and activity involved.
Do not use a product if it appears damaged, defective, or unsafe.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Section 12 - Relationship with Shopify
Jarvengo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Jarvengo.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Jarvengo, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Jarvengo, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Jarvengo harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
This provision does not apply where such liability cannot lawfully be imposed on a consumer.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
